Terrier Properties is a privately owned international property development and Management Company with a corporate head office located in Toronto's historic King East design district.

The Terrier organization has interests in real estate development, investment, and property management with a primary focus in two major markets: Toronto Canada, and Southwest Florida USA.

Terrier was formed with a focus on the restoration of historic properties in downtown Toronto.  Today, Terrier is proudly known for the modernization of multiple historic commercial and residential buildings with an adherence to architectural conservation.
